As described by Hope and Player (2012), managing team performance is one of the most fundamental aspects of performance management. Taking this into consideration, management of team performance is usually focused on the achievement of the key objectives of an organization. Specifically, as asserted by Aguinis (2013), it typically aims at bridging the gap between team building and the business performance result.  In regards to this, managing team performance should be an integral part in any business organization. In light of the case Not all Team are Created Equal, this paper is devoted to analyze how Public Service Works assesses performance, identifying appropriate as well as inappropriate aspects of the measurement system of the company.

Appropriate Aspects

Currently, Public Service Works have incorporated various measures in their performance management system.
