As described by Weitz et al. (2006), coaching is fundamental in any organization. Taking this into consideration, the coach in any organization is usually required to establish a healthy working environment with all the employees within an organization.  Additionally, the coach should consider taking an active role as well as interest in the behavior and performance of employees.  As stated by Hope and Player (2012), coaching is usually collaborative as well as ongoing.  Therefore, I strongly think that coaching is usually one of the necessity parts employee as well as manager developments. Nevertheless, as indicated by Aguinis (2013), the ability of a coach to direct employee behavior whole providing motivation to performance is largely dependent on coaching style.

Considering my case, after conducting self-analysis of my personal style,  I think I have scored the following; 8 in column A, 6 in column B, 11 in column C, and 5 in column D. taking these scores into consideration,  it can be concluded that am the strongest in expresser/persuader categories and Driver categories.  In this regard, I believe that am usually to express myself, and also persuade other people within my neighborhood.  Weitz et al. (2006) asserts that an expresser or persuader is usually considered to be visionary. This implies that an expresser/persuader coach is usually in a position to see all possibilities of a problem. Additionally, this style is usually task oriented.
