Solution:

Mission, vision, and values statements play a significant role in facilitating the growth and development of an organization. This presentation presents the purpose of the mission, vision, and values statement; their significance in nurse engagement and patient outcomes; factors that led to conflict and how organizational culture influences conflict resolution; effective strategies for resolving workplace conflict and promoting inter-professional collaboration; and impact of organizations needs on health outcomes with respect to health promotion and disease prevention.

The purpose of the vision is to describe the future state of the organization; to act as a long-term goal, providing direction for the organization. It also communicates the purpose of the organization to the employees and other stakeholders and provides them with the inspiration to achieve that purpose (Alvesson & Sveningsson, 2015). A mission statement describes the current state of an organization and its primary goals or objectives. It provides detailed information about what the organization does, how it does it, and who it does it for. Unlike the vision statement, it is short-term in nature. However, it is related to the vision statement in that it outlines the primary goals that will help to achieve the future the organization desires (i.e, the vision) (Driskill, 2018). Organizational values determine the way an organization’s employees treat people, and it shapes their basic work ethics. A systematic approach to build organizational values enables an organization to develop an effective and strong work culture to bind the behavior of people (Schneider, González-Romá, Ostroff,  & West, 2017)….Please click the icon below to purchase full answer at only $10
