Solution:
A traditional nursing care model I would implement is team nursing. In this approach, it is described by a group of healthcare practitioners caring for a team of patients in the inpatient setting or acute care. In team nursing, it consists of a team leader who is also a nurse, other nursing staff, and aides (Rantanen, Pitkanen, Paimensalo-Karell, Elovainio, & Aalto, 2016). The charge nurse assigns the patients to his or her team and is also tasked with comprehending every patient’s condition and care plan. Other nurses who are assigned specific patients will delegate the caring role to the technicians and aides which should be based within their practice scope. Based on the staffing and setting, every team is responsible for approximately five or six patients.
My preference for this model is based on its applications and merits. One of the core advantages is that the capabilities of all the healthcare practitioners are made into effective use which is aimed at providing the best care. Another key impact is that every patient is provided individualized care which is noted to enhance the patient satisfaction and outcome….Please click the Paypal icon below to purchase full solution for only $5
