- This paper will be graded on quality of paper information, use of citations, use of Standard English grammar, sentence structure, and organization based on the required components.

The Emergency Department, (ED) comprise of a crucial medical division in any healthcare organization. Its operations are usually customized to address the needs of patients throughout the day in an uninterrupted manner. This unit is prepared to willingly dispense comprehensive emergency services and care to the deserving persons with ease and operational efficiency. However, despite its relevance, the Emergency Department’s activities have been hampered by constant interruptions, which have tremendously affected the interaction among ED practitioners, patients, and the entire organization. While the Emergency services continue posing a significant challenge in the organization, nurses’ performance in care management has been found to be a contributory factor towards this problem.
