Solution:

Providing equally based care despite the population age bracket is crucial in a healthcare setup. It is the responsibility of healthcare practitioners to provide care to everyone irrespective of their beliefs or cultural background. Therefore my guiding principle demands me to identify, respect, and offer care despite patient’s differences and expressed needs. According to Correa-de-Araujo (2016), competent healthcare guiding principles should play a key role in standardizing healthcare practices. Despite the differing age of the patients, my application of the guiding principles remains unaltered. The basis for the guiding principles favors coordination of continuous care, encouraging wellness, listening to the needs of patients, and wholly promoting healthy population and alleviating diseases.

Some aspects regarding healthcare delivery must be considered when dealing with a population of varying age characteristics.
