My area of specialty is a Family Nurse Practitioner and in future, I aim at specializing on evaluation and management of chronic conditions that are challenging in the current global population. One of the situations that can impact on this system is on inefficient use of healthcare management approaches for individuals with chronic illnesses. In long-term management of these conditions, the patient is expected to track their health using smart systems that are able to measure a number of aspects in their condition such as pulse, sugar levels, and respiration rates (Gunasekeran, 2018). Examples of these conditions include diabetes and high blood pressure.
