Introduction

This paper will review an interview with a peer who is a health care provider. It will include an explanation of the role of the interviewee, the professional responsibilities, and the perspectives of leadership and professionalism, health care stewards, advocacy, power and authenticity.

The interview with E. M was captivating and thrilling, it is exciting that we are both from the same state even though, we live in different cities.
