I clock in at 7.30 am. I go for a lunch break from 12 noon to 12.3pm. I clock out from work at 6.00 pm where I drive back home. I normally arrive at around 7.30 pm where I rest, prepare and have dinner, and proceed to complete my course assignments go to bed at 12 a.m. |

What do you eat in a typical day? What type of foods do you prefer, how often do you eat throughout the day, and about how much do you eat? | I often skip breakfast as I am usually in a rush. However, I take coffee more often to keep awake and active at work. At a large time, I grab fast food and a cola drink from the facility’s café as I am usually very busy to find meals. As for supper, I normally make my dinner where I try to make my meal as healthy as possible. At dinner, I eat small but enough portions. Even though I prefer home-made foods, my busy nature pushed me to eat outside more. |
