Solution: 

From the iCARE self-assessment, the key area I have a chance to improve during the BSN program is the competency to use new information and apply it to my nursing practice. Considering the increasing advancements in healthcare system, it has become highly fundamental for nurses to develop the ability to identify and use new information in their practice in order to be able to meet the increasingly complex patient needs and also remain relevant in today’s and future practice (Hood, 2018).
