Shared governance model has proven to be highly productive in enhancing team nursing, accountability systems, managed care, decision making and participation (Nelson et al., 2016). The Key Concepts of the Shared-Governance Model
The shared governance model I as a nursing executive intent to implement in Saint Louis Medical Center (SLMC) will include the key concepts of equity, ownership, accountability and partnership (Goodman et al., 2015).
