Effective leadership is regarded as one of the primary components of a successful organization. This is attributed to the fact that it makes it possible for an organization to achieve its set goals and objectives (American Nurses Association, 2015). I strongly believe that a greater leader usually posses a clear vision for the organization. A great leader is characterized by integrity, honesty, respect for others, and clear focus.
