My Nursing Philosophy
Nurses must have their own understanding and philosophy of nursing. They should also be able to incorporate nursing theories. Discussed in this paper is my definition of nursing and its meaning, a theory that best integrates with my practice, nurses’ qualities, values, and skills, and I can impact the society as a nurse.
Personal Meaning of Nursing
In my own understanding, nursing is a heart- and a mind-guided practice. It is an art and a science.
