The philosophy of the organization I work for, Keiser Permanente is to deliver quality and trustworthy healthcare to members. The mission is to provide high quality and affordable healthcare services and to improve the health of our members as well as the community we serve (D’alfonso, Jones, & Moss, 2018). The vision is to create a healthy community and nation. The philosophy, mission and vision are attained through application of strategic plans.
