According to Babiker et al. (2014), a productive healthcare based group can significantly affect patient safety and outcome. Again, a healthcare-oriented group can assist in easing the complexity of care specialization. With regard to healthcare centric groups, I was currently a member of a group that aimed at providing better value healthcare for patients. Going by the group’s mission and vision, the team aimed at realizing tangible healthcare outcomes by cooperating with the community in providing healthcare-based services, while participating in charitable activities in other demanding locations. The group was approachable and had a listening ear to listen while providing care to deserving cases. More importantly, we were open to new ideas, dependable, and enduring.
