My philosophy of teaching learning is that educators and students interact to share knowledge among each other. To be an effective instructor, one should focus on the students’ learning and modify teaching strategies in response to the students’ pace of learning and understanding. The model of teaching significantly influences learning. The effect that the educator-student interaction has a greater impact on the students’ learning than the instructor’s activities.

I believe that my role as an educator is to guide nursing students to build their knowledge and skills in effective patient care through both theoretical and practical teaching.
