I had the privilege to interview Madam Prisca Jones (P.J), the charge nurse of the acute care unit in a Family Healthcare Facility (FHF). P.J has 15 years of experience as a charge nurse. P.J graduated as a registered nurse 20 years ago where she specialized on direct bedside nursing. She worked for 5 years and was promoted to a charge nurse after completing her BSN degree. She has since been a charge nurse where she has led various team effectively.
